Cheesecake Brownies

I made this brownie on Friday for a halloween party with the neighbours. It was a big hit. I followed this recipe here. I got lazy and didn't whip the creem cheese or the eggs, maybe that's why I got a really dense brownie. The batter was thick and would not spread. Next time, I'll bring the processor out and beat the ingredients well. I'll take the time to make pretty cheese swirls too.

New Found Hobby: Baking

Have been on a baking spree this week.

First came the Brownies from scratch
Then there was delicious, crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, 220 cals for one chocolate chip cookies
Then came the pizza for dinner; tasted better than it looks!
And finally the leftover pizza dough got turned into dinner rolls
