Inspired by the very famous Martins Corner's shark ambotik that we couldn't get enough of in Goa, I gave this goan recipe a shot. Frugal cook that I am, I used some leftover roasted salmon. Mistake! Because there was no “fishy” flavour to the curry. But the curry was excellent. Definitely trying it again with shark from the wet market here.
this recipe here. I got lazy and didn't whip the creem cheese or the eggs, maybe that's why I got a really dense brownie. The batter was thick and would not spread. Next time, I'll bring the processor out and beat the ingredients well. I'll take the time to make pretty cheese swirls too.
